Push Button Locks

Push Button Locks for doors come in either  Mechanical or Electronic versions.  Both can replace standard knob or lever door locks but add a much higher level of security. For this Blog I will discuss the CL300 Mechanical Push Button Lock and the CL4000 and CL5000 Electronic Push Button Lock, all three are manufactured by CodeLock.

CL300 Mechanical Push Button Lock

CL300 Mechanical Push Button LockThe CL300 Mechanical Push Button Lock is available in the following versions, Deadbolt, Latchbolt (both available with a key override), and the code In/Out version. The key override comes with a 6 pin lock cylinder and 2 keys.  There are 13 buttons that provide over 8,000 possible combination. The codes can be easily changed as often as required. The CL300 will fit most standard doors.

CL4000 Electronic Push Button Lock

CL4000 Electronic Push Button LockThe CL4000 is a medium duty electronic push button lock that is capable of being used a s the primary door lock on most doors.  Electronic door locks have many advantages over mechanical door locks such as multiple user codes, on door programming, audit control and key override.  The CL4000 comes with a full size lever handle and is available for either glass or wood doors.  Suitable for commercial, residential, health or educational applications.

CL5000 Electronic Push Button Lock

CL5000 Electronic Push Button LockThe CL5000 Electronic Push Button Lock is a Heavy Duty Lever handle lock for use in high traffic applications.  The CL5000 has a 3×4 push button pad that most users will be familiar with.  This lock is fully programmable on the door and is suitable for use in commercial, residential, educational and health applications.  The CL5000 has a very stylish and contemporary design housed in a robust assembly.
